What Costs are involved?
The fees and costs associated with the purchase of a property are -

- the lender’s arrangement fees, if applicable, which can usually be added to the loan.
- Broker fee for advising, sourcing and arranging the mortgage.
- solicitor’s costs and disbursements (such as local searches and land registry fees).
- stamp duty land tax if the purchase price is over £125,000.
